Sam & I are a team both at work and at home. We are Realtors 24 hours a day… at the grocery store, at the bank, in the church parking lot, at our kids dance and sporting events in the past. We feel blessed to really enjoy our work and most of the time don’t consider it work! For more than 30 years, we have been associated with Century 21. I have often said that I wish that I could bottle the random Real Estate information that Sam has in his head. I can almost guarantee that Sam knows more about the history of Real Estate in southern Bruce County than anyone else currently licensed to sell Real Estate in the Kincardine area. My specialty is the human relations side of things. I like showing homes, interviewing potential buyers or seller, helping people downsizing their homes and doing all of the errand running.
